About The Position

At Topps Security, we provide high-caliber, reliable security solutions tailored to commercial, government, and critical infrastructure clients. Topps Security is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to manage our asset control, uniform distribution, and equipment logistics. Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will ensure our field teams have the gear they need while maintaining accurate stock records and preventing inventory loss.

Requirements

• 1–2+ years in inventory control, warehousing, asset tracking, or logistics (security or military logistics experience is a plus).
• Proficient in inventory management software and spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets).
• High accuracy with serial numbers, count auditing, and record-keeping.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand/move during inventory counts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain real-time digital logs for company equipment, body armor, radios, uniforms, and office supplies.
• Manage uniform fittings and issue/retrieve gear during employee onboarding and offboarding.
• Keep supply rooms and armories clean, secure, and organized according to safety standards.
