The Inventory Specialist is responsible for monitoring the piece pick line to ensure no hold or restricted product is placed in bins for picking. This role also monitors open tasks for inbound and outbound operations, identifies and communicates pallets that do not exist, and ensures temporary and overflow bins are managed effectively. The specialist creates and processes inventory documents quarterly and annually, aiming for an inventory accuracy of 99.95% or higher, and performs cycle counts as needed. Daily audits of quality hold product and crosschecks between hold product and warehouse inventory are crucial. The position involves processing a high volume of customer orders and change notices accurately and timely, coordinating with Operations for product holds and releases, making pallet adjustments for quantity changes, and processing system adjustments for quality inspection samples. Reliable attendance and adherence to safety and security standards are required. This role may also involve driving vehicles or operating machinery/equipment.
