About The Position

The Inventory Specialist is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, supporting warehouse operations, and ensuring material availability across manufacturing and fulfillment activities. This role works closely with Supply Chain, Procurement, Production, and Logistics teams to support inventory accuracy, ERP transactions, cycle counts, and material flow within a fast-paced manufacturing and fulfillment environment.

Requirements

• 2+ years of inventory, warehouse, or supply chain experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory reporting

Nice To Haves

• Experience with ERP/WMS systems preferred
• Manufacturing, electronics, or fulfillment experience preferred
• Forklift certification or warehouse equipment experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory accuracy across warehouse, production, and fulfillment locations
• Execute daily inventory transactions within ERP/WMS systems including NetSuite and SkuVault
• Perform cycle counts, physical inventories, and reconciliation activities
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, shortages, and transaction variances
• Support inbound receiving, put-away, and material staging processes
• Coordinate material transfers between production and fulfillment locations
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages or replenishment requirements
• Assist with kitting, BOM validation, and production material allocation
• Generate inventory reports and support KPI tracking
• Maintain organized warehouse locations, labeling, and traceability controls
