Quantum Services is expanding its regional team and is actively seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to spearhead fast-paced retail and convenience store audits. The primary hub for this role is based in the Grand Rapids area. This operations role is ideal for individuals who thrive in an autonomous environment, enjoy a changing daily workspace, and possess a sharp eye for accuracy.

Requirements

• Strong math, counting, and analytical skills.
• Ability to stand, bend, and move efficiently for extended periods during active inventory counts.
• A valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable personal vehicle for regional travel.

• Experience in retail, merchandising, or inventory control is a huge plus, but we will train the right mindset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive, accurate physical inventory counts and financial audits inside client retail and convenience store locations.
• Use specialized inventory hardware to log stock counts, analyze variances, and deliver real-time, accurate reporting to store management.
• Travel efficiently to scheduled client sites within the division footprint (reliable transportation is a must).
• Act as the professional face of Quantum Services, delivering clear, unbiased audit results to store operators upon completion.
