About The Position

Aire Serv of Council Bluffs & Waldstein Plumbing is looking for an inventory specialist to help streamline our inventory. This is a full-time position in Council Bluffs, Iowa. Working with our duct cleaning crew will be part of this job as needed.

Requirements

• Valid Driver's license with clean driving record
• Able to work Excel spreadsheets
• Attention to detail
• Ability to count
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs

Nice To Haves

• 1 year inventory experience minimum
• Able to organize & order inventory for service & Install for HVAC & Plumbing companies
• Able to manage inventory, set mins & maxs for commonly used items
• Verify orders for correct equipment & counts for stock & jobs
• Warranty processing & returns
• Making sure we are planning ahead & have inventory for jobs to limit trips to wholesale house
• Warehouse organization & inventory control for warehouse & company vehicles
• Attention to detail & is not afraid to be a bulldog when it comes to warehouse inventory & tracking
