About The Position

The Inventory Specialist II supports GXO warehouse operations by maintaining accurate inventory records and helping ensure quality assurance processes are followed. The role involves counting products, staging materials in designated areas, operating warehouse equipment and tools, and using a warehouse management system to maintain appropriate work documents. Success requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to contribute independently and as part of a team.

The schedule is Thursday through Saturday and alternating Wednesdays, from 6:15 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Availability for a flexible schedule and possible overtime is required. The position requires frequently lifting up to 30 pounds and occasionally lifting more than 50 pounds; materials weighing up to 500 pounds may be moved using wheeled carts.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in warehouse operations and/or inventory.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, with possible overtime as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and more than 50 pounds occasionally; ability to move materials weighing up to 500 pounds using wheeled carts.

Nice To Haves
