About The Position

Graco manufactures and markets premium equipment to move, measure, control, dispense and spray a wide variety of fluid and powder materials. To maintain and record the integrity of inventory by performing random and scheduled inventory audits for financial and operational purposes. Perform basic root cause analysis, make a recommendation, tracks results for effectiveness.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Up to 2 years relevant experience.
  • PC skills and ability with basic knowledge of Microsoft products.
  • Willingness to be trained and certified in the use of forklift and other material handling equipment.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Strong interpersonal written and oral communication skills.
  • Regularly lift and move materials up to 45 pounds.
  • Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • This role is not eligible for immigration sponsorship now or in the future (e.g., H-1B, TN, F-1 OPT).

Responsibilities

  • Perform cycle counts of planned and random part numbers to check for accuracy.
  • Analyze count results for reasonableness.
  • Determine/implement adjustments to inventory/location database masters and complete Cycle Count Explanation forms as required.
  • Work with DC Managers or Supervisors, Planners, Cell Managers, Plant Controllers, and others to identify and implement corrective actions.
  • Perform procedural audits on WIP, LOG Sign-ins, Bond Areas, Locations, Purchase Sign-ins, Outside Service Sign-ins, MTOs, PTOs, and "Hold" areas.
  • Provide monthly reporting and analysis to those affected on location accuracy and inventory count performance.
  • Coordinate physical inventories as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
