About The Position

TTI Consumer Power Tools, Inc has an opening for an Inventory Specialist I (Cycle Count) - 1st shift in its Anderson, SC location. The Inventory Specialist I is responsible for conducting cycle counts, investigating inventory discrepancies, and performing warehouse audits to ensure accurate inventory tracking. The successful candidate must be a self-starter, well organized, able to work both independently and as a team member, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be proficient in MS Office applications. Experience with SAP WM a plus.

Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of inventory control and warehouse operations
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus
  • Self-motivated with strong work ethics.
  • Must operate heavy machinery – certification is required.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, math, and multi-tasking skills.
  • No final warnings
  • No more than 6 attendance points
  • Efficiency and Quality goals met for the previous 3 months.
  • Must be in current role for 6+ months.
  • Must meet all job description requirements.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with SAP WM a plus
  • Preferred High school diploma or GED (General Education Diploma) equivalency

Responsibilities

  • Perform cycle counts and investigate discrepancies, including: ABC Counts, Short List Counts, Assigned Counts, Pulling pallets for any special projects
  • Perform additional tasks as needed to support operations
  • Conduct warehouse audits in multiple areas, including: Inbound receiving, Picking operations, E-commerce and bulk processing, Outbound shipping
  • Perform additional tasks as needed to support operations and as directed by management.
  • Ability to be certified on Industrial Power Equipment (Reach Truck, Forklift, Order Picker)
  • Shared resources between multi-sites
