Position Summary The Inventory Planning Sr Analyst is a key supply chain professional supporting inventory planning and purchasing activities that support sales growth and operational excellence. Partnering closely with Category Management and Supply Chain teams, this role develops inventory strategies, optimizes performance against key performance indicators (KPIs), and helps shape the future of the Navarro and yMás/yMás Elements businesses.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in retail/ecommerce/CPG
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Understanding of supply chain principles, including forecasting, or inventory management

Nice To Haves

Proficiency in supply chain planning systems
Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

Use replenishment systems and internal tools to accurately predict future product demand across supplier lines and categories.
Support key promotional and seasonal reviews and adjustments.
Purchase necessary products and maintain target stock levels while achieving inventory goals through collaboration with the Merchant Team and Supplier Partners.
Support expediting and vendor minimum analysis/adjustments.
Identify potential supply chain disruptions (e.g., supplier delays, weather events) and develop mitigation strategies.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as in-stock rates, fill rates, and on-time and in-full (OTIF) deliveries.
Ensure promotional and planogram readiness.
