About The Position

The Inventory Replenishment Specialist at Carrier Enterprise maintains healthy inventory flow for assigned product categories and communicates with headquarters and regional personnel about inventory strategies, outages, requests, and decisions. The role serves as the primary connection between Inventory Planning and regional and warehouse staff, requiring clear and professional communication across the organization.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Logistics, or equivalent relevant experience.
Experience using MS Excel to complete basic analytical tasks.

Nice To Haves

Experience using an ERP system; Carrier Enterprise uses web-based software.
Experience using a business intelligence reporting tool.

Responsibilities

Track purchase orders from placement through arrival and communicate product outages or delays as directed by Inventory leadership.
Contact assigned suppliers to expedite products when needed and support the Product Management team in measuring supplier performance.
Independently determine deployment strategies across regions when suppliers allocate products.
Communicate regularly with assigned regional and warehouse personnel about inventory strategies, transitions, and major outages; understand field inventory requests and concerns and partner with Inventory Planning to address them where possible.
Support the end-to-end workflow for critical inventory requests from cross-functional partners.
Investigate supply-related concerns and drive timely resolution through established processes and appropriate cross-functional coordination.
