About The Position

We’re looking for an Inventory & Stock Replenishment Coordinator to join our Purchasing team. This is a key role that helps keep our shelves full, our customers happy, and our operations running like clockwork. This role is responsible for ensuring stock is replenished by inputting and sending accurate purchase orders, working closely with suppliers to confirm pricing, quantities, and shipping schedules, and monitoring and following up on open POs to resolve issues before they become problems. The coordinator will also communicate across departments to provide updates and insights, analyze stock needs, and assist with reports, charts, and supply chain trends. Additionally, they will schedule truckloads and coordinate deliveries with shipping partners, utilizing Excel, Outlook, and internal systems to keep everything running smoothly.
