About The Position

As an Inventory Replenishment Analyst at Big Brand Tire, you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate and efficient inventory flow across our Distribution Centers (DCs) and 3PL partners. This role bridges purchasing and warehouse operations, ensuring incoming product is properly received, verified, and available to support store demand. You will be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, resolving discrepancies, and optimizing replenishment processes to support a fast-moving retail environment.

Responsibilities

  • Align vendor shipping container information with the container tracking website and warehouse delivery schedules
  • Validate incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips; identify and resolve quantity discrepancies
  • Manage inbound delivery schedules across DCs and 3PL partners; monitor dock capacity and track demurrage charges
  • Accurately receive product into EDGE (POS/WMS) and maintain container tracking documentation
  • Investigate and resolve issues related to damaged, missing, or incorrect shipments; file claims and partner with vendors and procurement
  • Align internal systems with 3PL databases, process ISOs, generate pull sheets, and ensure timely product replenishment (48-hour SLA)
  • Monitor bin accuracy, support audit processes, and analyze root causes of inventory variances
  • Create and manage product pull sheets for 3PL providers aligned to store demand
  • Align vendor shipping schedules with the shipping container tracking website (GoComet)
  • Review container arrival dates and compare to dock schedule capacity. Report on potential demurrage fees as required.
  • Review inbound shipment schedules and receive inventory into EDGE
  • Coordinate dock scheduling across DC and 3PL locations
  • Partner with Accounts Payable to ensure receiving vouchers are completed
  • Maintain inbound container tracking logs
  • Review invoices and bills of lading (BOL) for discrepancies
  • Process 3PL ISOs (create and receive in system)
  • Monitor 3PL replenishment timelines and ensure 48-hour fulfillment compliance
  • Analyze and report on DC and 3PL inventory discrepancies
  • Review significant bin audit variances with 3PL partners
  • Identify and report root causes of inventory issues
  • Track and resolve demurrage and delay fees with vendors/partners
  • Optimize shipment sizes (target: 16+ units per drop) to improve cost efficiency
