About The Position

The Inventory Planning Supervisor is responsible for leading a team of planners in ensuring an uninterrupted supply of goods. This role involves leading end-to-end supply chain planning across a rapidly expanding network of distribution and installation centers. The supervisor will manage a team of supply planners to ensure a consistent supply of raw materials and finished products from both external and internal suppliers. Key responsibilities include managing inventory across all company-operated facilities, developing demand forecasts, analyzing forecast accuracy, utilizing ERP and planning software, overseeing intercompany shipments, collaborating with various departments through the S&OP process, and executing supply chain risk mitigation strategies.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• One year (12 months) of experience in the job offered or a related supply-chain management role.
• One (1) year of experience in conducting procurement workflows using ERP systems including Oracle NetSuite and basic SAP ECC, covering purchase order generation, vendor/item master data maintenance, sourcing preferences, multi-level approvals, and 3-way match configuration to ensure end-to-end purchasing accuracy.
• One (1) year of experience in applying inventory and Material Requirements Planning (MRP) techniques including Economic Order Quantity (EOQ), Reorder Point, Safety Stock, and Min/Max strategies to drive replenishment decisions.
• One (1) year of experience in developing multi-variable cost models and dashboards using Advanced Excel (including Power Query, Solver, nested formulas, VBA automation, and OLAP pivots) and Power BI/Tableau (with DAX and M language) to support landed cost modeling, procurement KPIs, and data-driven supplier decisions.
• One (1) year of experience in designing advanced SQL queries with JOINs, window functions, CTEs, and CASE logic to extract procurement intelligence from relational ERP databases.
• One (1) year of experience in performing Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analysis and international sourcing optimization, Incoterm impact evaluation (including Free-on-Board, Cost-Insurance-and-Freight, and Delivered-Duty-Paid), freight modeling, supplier benchmarking, and PPV tracking using Excel and NetSuite Analytics Workbooks.
• One (1) year of experience in applying Lean and Six Sigma (Green Belt) methodologies including 5S, DMAIC, SIPOC, and Root Cause Analysis (5 Whys) to streamline the purchase-to-pay cycle, eliminate waste, and prepare procurement processes for AI and automation readiness via ERP-integrated digital workflows.

Responsibilities

• Leading end-to-end supply chain planning across a rapidly expanding network of distribution and installation centers.
• Leading and managing the team of supply planner/s to ensure an uninterrupted supply of raw materials, finished products from external & internal suppliers.
• Managing inventory planning across all company-operated facilities by determining stocking strategies, setting reorder points, calculating safety stock, and aligning supply with demand forecasts and service level targets.
• Developing and maintaining statistical demand forecasts using historical sales data, customer input, and seasonal trends.
• Analyzing forecast accuracy using KPIs such as MAPE/WAPE and adjusting planning models accordingly.
• Utilizing ERP and planning software (Oracle NetSuite and Netstock) to manage planning data, execute replenishment workflows, and support exception-based planning.
• Overseeing intercompany and intracompany shipments to ensure inventory alignment across subsidiaries, install shops, and distribution warehouses.
• Collaborating cross-functionally with departments such as Sales, Operations, Manufacturing, Finance, and Product Management through the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process.
• Executing supply chain risk mitigation strategies in response to disruptions, including buffer stock policies, scenario modeling, and supplier risk assessments.
