The Inventory Planning and Replenishment Intern will help build and analyze an Inventory Root Cause Engine, an analytics platform intended to explain what happened and why. The 10-week summer internship is an in-person cohort experience in Atlanta, bringing interns together for learning, professional development, leadership exposure, networking, and collaboration. Interns contribute to meaningful business projects and present their impact to senior leaders. The project focuses on modernizing reporting and analytics by moving from descriptive reporting toward predictive and prescriptive decision support and exception-based management. It will monitor inventory and service metrics, diagnose the drivers of performance issues, categorize root causes, and culminate in an interactive dashboard ranking opportunities, quantifying business impact, and recommending corrective actions.
