Requirements

5+ years Planning/Inventory work experience
Adept at problem solving and decision making skills
Adept at collaboration and teamwork
Adept at growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills
Adept at planning, executing, and supporting skills
Skilled in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel with proficiency using vlookup, sumifs, and IF statements.

Nice To Haves

Proficient in SQL code preferred.
Certification in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) preferred.

Responsibilities

Develops inventory plans and strategies based on demand forecasts, lead times, and service level targets.
Analyzes supplier inventory and forecasts to determine reorder needs and/or service risk.
Conducts regular inventory analysis to identify potential gaps or risks that could impact store sales.
Assesses inventory reports to identify potential risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Assists in the management of purchase orders, order confirmations, and delivery tracking.
Implements inventory planning tools, software, or systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Directs individuals to manage multiple projects simultaneously, adjust priorities, and meet deadlines while maintaining the highest level of attention to detail.
Coaches more junior colleagues in inventory planning techniques, processes, and responsibilities.
