Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 2+ years of procurement or supply management or operations support experience preferred.
  • Solid computer Skills (Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook, SAP, etc.)
  • Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong commitment to quality & customer service.
  • Able to operate effectively as part of a high-performance work team.
  • Inventory Administration and Monitoring - Ability to administer/manage/monitor/report all inventory.
  • Communication - Ability to transmit and receive information clearly and communicate effectively to others by considering their points of view in order to respond appropriately. It includes using tact and diplomacy in all communications as well as the ability to convey ideas and information (adjusting style, tone and level of details), both orally and in writing, in a way that all stakeholders/audience are engaged.
  • Intellectual curiosity - Be receptive to new and different ideas or the opinion of others, open to learn and absorb from business environment to develop the Company.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze Existing Inventory Processes using various continuous improvement methods.
  • Manage vendor relationships and support planning functions by coordinating with suppliers, assisting with planning activities, and providing coverage for Planner responsibilities as needed (e.g., during vacations or absences).
  • Lead key projects, audit for improvement identification across the warehouse and inventory areas.
  • Collaborate with the warehouse as needed to drive improvement.
  • Establish measurable standards, and monitor progress, of day-to-day activities.
  • Verify and maintain proper inventory accuracy to meet internal and external customer needs.
  • Ensure all required inventory counts are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Ensure all reports, losses, adjustments, reconciliations, and tasks are completed timely and accurate manner.
  • Identify insights and actions to improve results.
  • Provide inventory process knowledge, including training, improvement initiatives, process tools and methodologies.
  • Use SAP to manage inventory transactions and reporting.
  • Review and approve inventory adjustments, transfers, and corrections in SAP.
  • Investigate and resolve SAP discrepancies between system records and physical counts or warehouse management systems.
  • Maintain data accuracy (material, status, storage location, batch, etc).
  • Generate SAP reports to track KPIs such as inventory accuracy, turns, and shrink.
