Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
- 5+ years of inventory planning, business planning, or supply chain experience
Responsibilities
- Manage Inventory & Production Planning: Create and manage style/color-level buy plans across multiple manufacturing plants.
- Support Demand Planning & S&OP Processes: Provide analytical support for the consensus demand planning process.
- Drive Supply Chain Performance: Analyze production delays, negotiate solutions, and communicate impacts to key stakeholders.
- Collaborate Across Global Teams: Participate in factory planning meetings to address capacity and constraint issues.
- Navigate Purchase Order Requirements: Manage and mitigate challenges associated with high PO entry requirements, ensuring timely execution while balancing operational and business needs.
- Effective Communication: Communicate changes, risks, and recommendations to support informed business decisions.
