Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in inventory planning, business planning, supply chain, or related analytical roles preferred
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
Nice To Haves
- Experience with SAP, IBP, and/or Power BI is a plus
Responsibilities
- Manage Inventory & Production Planning: Create and manage style/color-level buy plans across multiple manufacturing plants
- Support Demand Planning & S&OP Processes: Provide analytical support for the consensus demand planning process
- Drive Supply Chain Performance: Analyze production delays, negotiate solutions, and communicate impacts to key stakeholders
- Collaborate Across Global Teams: Participate in factory planning meetings to address capacity and constraint issues
- Effective Communication: Changes, risks, and recommendations to support informed business decisions
