About The Position

Inteldot is seeking an Inventory Plan Control Specialist III to support warehouse and inventory operations at a Life Sciences facility in Jacksonville, Florida. The position will focus on inventory control, material handling, warehouse transactions, inventory accuracy, and the efficient flow of materials within the warehouse operation.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, materials management, logistics, or supply chain.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy.
  • Good organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Ability to work onsite in Jacksonville, Florida.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience in the Life Sciences, Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, or other regulated industries preferred but not required.
  • Experience with inventory management systems or ERP platforms such as SAP is preferred.
  • Experience with cycle counting, inventory reconciliation, receiving, shipping, and material handling is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, staging, material movement, and distribution.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and complete inventory transactions in applicable systems.
  • Perform cycle counts, physical inventories, inventory reconciliations, and discrepancy investigations.
  • Monitor inventory levels and support material availability and inventory accuracy.
  • Ensure materials are properly identified, labeled, stored, and handled according to established procedures.
  • Process and document material movements within the warehouse.
  • Review warehouse and inventory documentation for accuracy and completeness.
  • Identify and assist in resolving inventory discrepancies, shortages, damaged materials, and other warehouse-related issues.
  • Follow established SOPs, safety requirements, and documentation practices.
  • Maintain warehouse areas organized and compliant with applicable operational and quality requirements.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain, Logistics, Quality, and other supporting functions as needed.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to warehouse and inventory processes.
