About The Position

Quantum Services is seeking a disciplined, detail-oriented Retail Inventory Auditor for our Chicago Division. This is an autonomous, individual contributor role focused on data integrity and operational precision. Based out of the Chicago area and covering the surrounding metropolitan territory, you will lead the "front line" of our service by conducting comprehensive inventory audits that our retail partners rely on to run their businesses.

Comfort with an early-start, physically active role that includes driving, kneeling, and working in varied environments.
Valid Driver’s License and a reliable personal vehicle for use during the initial training period.
Ability to lift 25 lbs and perform physical tasks including squatting, kneeling, and standing on small ladders.

Responsibilities

Effectively and accurately count all inventory items (stockrooms, walk-in coolers, sales floors) to ensure 100% data integrity for our clients.
Provide Store Managers with objective, data-driven audit results and insights they can use to improve their business outcomes.
Manage your own travel and audit schedule across the division with a high level of independence and reliability.
Serve as the professional face of Quantum Services, delivering "white glove" service with humility and directness.
