We are making a positive impact and we want you to be a part of it! www.lgeshonda.com Summary: This position will provide support to the Production Manager by coordinating inventory assignments and projects related to production and finished goods inventory and help provide a smooth flow of materials throughout the process. This position will lead monthly inventory counts, assist in implementing a cycle counting process, production material flow improvements, and translate customer demands into a production schedule.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field or equivalent, relevant experience
0-3+ years of experience in manufacturing or equipment in an automated engineering environment
Experience tracking projects/processes from cradle to grave meeting assigned deadlines
Proficient in Excel and application of statistical knowledge
Critical thinking and passion to learn advanced technology
Have strong accountability and self-motivation
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks or projects at one time meeting assigned deadlines
This role requires 5-10% of travel (domestic)

Nice To Haves

Korean bilingual skill is a plus, but not required
Experience in ERP or SAP is a plus
Experience in the battery manufacturing process is a plus

Responsibilities

Perform physical inventory counts, track and report inventory accuracy, reconcile inventory issues daily and perform monthly inventory closing
Perform inventory monitoring to ensure product quality
Perform thorough research and document inventory discrepancies using all available resources to identify root causes and supply possible solutions
Develop, implement, and monitor all key functions related to inventory transactions and fulfilling work orders to assure that they are accurate and timely
Track yield production throughout week, month, and year
Track individual and group KPIs
Communicate issues with other Inventory Teams at LH Battery (local and worldwide locations)
Facilitate team meetings (daily and weekly) to discuss production and inventory status
Summarize and propose findings to leadership
Send daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports
Maintain cleanliness at work-site in accordance with 5S3R Standards: Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain Right Location, Right Quantity, Right Container
