About The Position

Wisenbaker is looking for an experienced Inventory Manager to take full ownership of their inventory process. This role involves managing accuracy, forecasting demand, reducing waste, and leading a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have a strategic approach to inventory and the experience to lead effectively. This position is for someone who has run inventory in a fast-paced manufacturing setting and is ready to take on significant responsibility.

Requirements

• Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or equivalent experience
• 3–5+ years of manufacturing inventory management experience
• 1–2+ years of experience leading people or processes
• ERP experience (NetSuite, Epicor, SAP, etc.)
• Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and inventory audits
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement (CI) methods

Nice To Haves

• Cabinet industry experience is a huge bonus

Responsibilities

• Own the entire inventory lifecycle
• Keep stock accurate through smart systems, spot checks, and usage analysis
• Forecast demand to ensure optimal stock levels (never short, never overstocked)
• Act as a liaison between purchasing and production
• Utilize ERP systems to identify and reduce waste, and improve efficiency
• Mentor the inventory control team and foster a culture of pride and precision
• Recommend process changes and drive measurable improvements
