Requirements

Experience using operational tools and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, to manage and analyze data
Demonstrated experience managing inventory, workflow, or production operations in a fast paced environment
Proven ability to coordinate and balance work across multiple workstreams, priorities, or resource groups
Proven solid analytical and organizational skills with the ability to track, monitor, and manage aging or time sensitive work
Proven ability to work independently, apply defined operational rules, and make sound decisions to support service level commitments
Proven solid written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and delivery locations

Nice To Haves

Experience supporting healthcare operations, risk adjustment, retrospective review, or similar production environments
Experience with manual inventory assignment, workload balancing, or resource allocation activities
Experience working with global or multi site delivery teams, including coordination across time zones
Demonstrated experience managing SLA driven work and proactively identifying and mitigating operational risks
Familiarity with inventory lifecycle management, escalation processes, and production reporting
