Requirements

  • Experience using operational tools and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, to manage and analyze data
  • Demonstrated experience managing inventory, workflow, or production operations in a fast paced environment
  • Proven ability to coordinate and balance work across multiple workstreams, priorities, or resource groups
  • Proven solid analytical and organizational skills with the ability to track, monitor, and manage aging or time sensitive work
  • Proven ability to work independently, apply defined operational rules, and make sound decisions to support service level commitments
  • Proven solid written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and delivery locations

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting healthcare operations, risk adjustment, retrospective review, or similar production environments
  • Experience with manual inventory assignment, workload balancing, or resource allocation activities
  • Experience working with global or multi site delivery teams, including coordination across time zones
  • Demonstrated experience managing SLA driven work and proactively identifying and mitigating operational risks
  • Familiarity with inventory lifecycle management, escalation processes, and production reporting
