About The Position

At WGP Property Management, a Three Pillar Company, we’re passionate about creating communities people are proud to call home. From great manufactured housing neighborhoods to welcoming RV parks and apartment communities, we make sure every resident feels valued and cared for. Headquartered in Spring, Texas, we proudly manage 120 communities across 16 states, representing more than 10,000 homes — and growing! At Three Pillar, we live by our VALUES: Take action. Be thoughtful and thorough. Obligation to speak up. Strive to be better. One team. These values shape how we work, lead, and collaborate, driving our decisions, teamwork, and commitment to excellence. Our MISSION is clear and meaningful: To provide safe, reliable housing for our residents and safe, reliable returns for our investors. Guided by this mission and our core values, we work together to create communities where people feel at home and proud to belong. With roughly 500 community owned manufactured homes in 120 communities across the country, there's a lot of information to keep track of across our ever-changing manufactured home portfolio. The Inventory Manager owns the master record of every home in our portfolio across our property management system - Rent Manager. As things change the inventory manager is responsible for keeping all records up to date simultaneously. This role moves fast. We need someone extremely organized, detail-oriented, and process-focused who prefers a quick pace over a quiet one and can manage massive amounts of information without being overwhelmed.
