Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 4 years experience in inventory control, stockroom, or material movement roles
  • Capable of lifting, pushing, pulling, or carrying 25-50 lbs regularly
  • Comfortable with prolonged periods of walking, bending, kneeling, standing, and reaching
  • Strong attention to detail, independence, and reliability
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and understanding procedures and computer-generated reports
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
  • Commitment to health and safety standards

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Costpoint or SAP Ariba material management systems
  • Familiarity with quality management systems (ISO, AS)
  • Background in supplier, manufacturing, inventory, quality, or engineering interfaces

Responsibilities

  • Receive, count, sort, and verify incoming inventory against purchase orders
  • Process receipts using a computer-based inventory management system
  • Package, label, and stock materials in organized storage locations
  • Build and issue kits or individual parts to support manufacturing and program needs
  • Transport materials from stockroom to production areas as needed
  • Conduct periodic and perpetual inventory counts, adjusting records for accuracy
  • Maintain strict 5S and safety standards in all storage areas
  • Identify and correct potential safety hazards, ensuring compliance with L3 Technologies and OSHA standards
  • Support additional supply chain activities, such as HAZMAT processing, property accountability inspections, and shipment processing as required
  • Complete accurate paperwork and data entries in line with company policies
