About The Position
The Inventory Management Support B (2nd Shift) role is an on-site position supporting the OEM pack-out area within a manufacturing team. The successful candidate packs, labels, and prepares Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) products for shipment according to company standards and customer requirements, helping maintain production and distribution quality and efficiency. The position is scheduled for four 10-hour days per week. The stated salary range for the listed locations is $36,920–$67,500; this is not a guarantee of compensation, and the final offer may vary based on factors including experience and geographic location. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent and 4 years of prior experience; or a 2-year post-secondary degree/Associate of Arts degree and 0–2 years of prior experience.

- Attention to detail in packing, labeling, and product inspection.
Responsibilities
- Accurately pack OEM products into designated packaging materials.
- Ensure products are labeled with all required shipping and handling information.
- Verify that items meet quality standards before packing.
- Inspect products for defects or discrepancies.
- Report quality issues to the Production Supervisor/Manager.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure product integrity.
- Meet company standards and customer requirements while preparing products for shipment.
- Support production and distribution quality and efficiency through strong internal customer focus, communication, teamwork, and collaboration.
