About The Position

Premier Enterprise Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Inventory Management Specialist to support the Defense Cyber Crime Center (DC3). This position provides logistics and inventory management support for highly technical programs and projects. The selected candidate will be responsible for tracking, controlling, and maintaining accurate inventory records; ensuring efficient storage and accountability of assets; managing receiving and shipping activities; and collaborating across multiple directorates to support mission and business requirements. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to ensure timely product availability while maintaining operational readiness.

Requirements

Demonstrated proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite to prepare reports, manage data, and develop materials for senior leadership.
Applied working knowledge of the Federal Supply System and automated/manual supply management systems.
Experience ensuring adherence to equipment accountability and serviceability standards.
Proven ability to establish and sustain effective partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to solve complex problems under pressure.
Demonstrated success completing mission-critical tasks with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Consistent record of delivering exceptional customer service and fostering productive user relationships.
Experience providing on-call operational support, including weekends, to maintain readiness and mission support.

Experience supporting Department of War logistics, inventory control, warehouse operations, asset accountability, shipping and receiving, and supply chain management activities.

Responsibilities

Track, control, and maintain accurate inventory records for equipment, materials, and assets.
Manage receiving, inspection, storage, issuance, transfer, and shipping activities.
Ensure inventory accuracy through routine audits, reconciliations, and accountability reviews.
Collaborate across program offices and directorates to support inventory and logistics requirements.
Monitor stock levels and availability to ensure timely support of mission activities.
Maintain documentation related to inventory transactions, shipping records, and asset accountability.
Utilize Government supply systems and databases to track inventory status and resource availability.
Support equipment lifecycle management and serviceability tracking efforts.
Provide logistics reports, metrics, and status updates to management and Government stakeholders.
Respond to urgent logistics requirements and provide on-call support as needed.
Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance inventory control and operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with Government policies, procedures, and contractual requirements.
