About The Position

The Inventory & Logistics Coordinator is responsible for supporting inventory control and logistics activities within a manufacturing environment. This role helps ensure accurate inventory records, timely movement of materials, and efficient coordination of inbound and outbound shipments.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required.
2+ years of inventory, logistics, warehouse, or manufacturing support experience.
ERP or inventory management system experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office applications.

Responsibilities

Maintain accurate inventory records within the ERP system.
Conduct cycle counts and assist with physical inventory activities.
Investigate and report inventory discrepancies for resolution.
Process inventory transactions including receipts, transfers, adjustments, and shipments.
Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with suppliers, customers, and transportation providers.
Prepare shipping documentation including bills of lading and packing slips.
Track shipments and communicate status updates.
Schedule pickups and deliveries with carriers.
Coordinate material movement between warehouse and production areas.
Support production schedules by ensuring materials are available when needed.
Communicate inventory and delivery issues that may impact production.
