Requirements

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment.
Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
Experience with inventory, forecasting, ERP, or supply chain systems preferred.

Responsibilities

Analyze sales trends, seasonal transitions, limited releases, and demand patterns to maintain appropriate inventory levels.
Submit, review, and manage purchase orders for assigned suppliers and adjust orders as projections change.
Build strong supplier relationships to ensure timely product availability.
Communicate with warehouse leadership to prioritize incoming shipments.
Analyze inventory reports to reduce carrying costs and minimize out-of-stock situations.
Work closely with management, sales, warehouse staff, and suppliers to address quality concerns.
Communicate regularly with General Manager, Sales Manager, and Brand Managers regarding inventory performance.
Schedule inbound freight using internal resources or transportation management systems.
Assist with special projects and process improvements as needed.
