About The Position

As an Inventory Cycle Counter, you will support the Inventory team by ensuring accurate inventory counts. You will work with products from clients involved in the active lifestyle. The available schedule is 1st shift, Monday through Friday, 4:30 AM to 1:00 PM. Starting pay is $17.50 per hour. The role is located at 16609 Slover Ave, CA 92337.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook and Excel.
• Ability to learn the basic warehouse management scanning system (WMS).
• Must be a highly compliant and accurate individual.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities.
• Physical ability to carry out essential job functions, including lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs., walking and standing for extended periods, climbing ladders or stairs, working at heights in elevated areas, and tolerating conditions such as dust, dirt, noise, odors, heat, and cold.

Nice To Haves

• Previous warehouse experience is a plus but is not required.

Responsibilities

• Accurately count inventory, assist with audits, and investigate inventory variances.
• Follow NRI safety rules, safety procedures, security protocol, and standard operating procedures (SOP).
• Keep work and storage areas safe, clean, and tidy at all times.
• Perform other duties as requested.
