Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in inventory management, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail is crucial for maintaining accuracy.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with other departments and employees.
• Good communication skills are needed to interact with internal teams and sometimes customers or suppliers.

• A bachelor's degree in a related field like business, supply chain management, or logistics is often preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all company product and material inventory levels to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Perform and coordinate physical and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and generate reports on stock levels, usage, and demand.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and recommend process improvements to optimize inventory control.
• Work with production, purchasing, sales, and other teams to ensure optimal inventory levels are maintained and to facilitate efficient product flow.
• Coordinate the receiving, storage, and distribution of inventory, which may include checking incoming shipments and preparing outgoing orders.
• Liaise with suppliers and vendors to ensure efficient delivery of supplies and parts.
• Maintain an organized and labeled inventory storage area.
