About The Position

The Inventory Coordinator ensures the accurate and efficient tracking of inventory, movement, issuing out, and placing replenishment orders for all inventory items. This role involves maintaining records, monitoring stock levels, coordinating with different functions and working with suppliers. The role is responsible for the integrity of inventory data and optimizing inventory reordering points.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in inventory management or logistics (typically 2-3 years).
  • Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or WMS systems).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience using excel to analyze data (above average user)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with various teams.
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening.

Nice To Haves

  • a bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or related field is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain current inventory levels, track orders and deliveries.
  • Partner with MnR team for the regular inventory process, quarter end, audits, and physical inventory counts to ensure accuracy.
  • Record inventory transactions and reconcile discrepancies in inventory levels.
  • Responsible for all purchasing and inventory transactions in Oracle.
  • Document and record all transactions to ensure timely deliveries and accurate inventory reports.
  • Collaborate with MnR and Corporate Procurement team.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to manage order schedules and deliveries.
  • Oversee the receipt of goods and accurate record keeping.
  • Responsible for reviewing invoices for discrepancies and resolving them.
  • Identify inefficiencies in inventory processes and recommend improvements to optimize inventory management.
