About The Position

Nestlé Canada is seeking an Inventory Controller to be based at their Brampton location. This role reports to the Inventory Controller Manager and is responsible for maintaining accurate stock at 3PL DCs and subcontracting vendors through the timely processing of stock declarations, transactions, and reconciliation. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in relevant / related areas.
At least 1 year relevant and successful experience at market/business level in one or more of the following: Warehouse Operations / SAP Systems and Master Data / Inventory Control / Physical Logistics Operations.
Proactive self-starter with strong analytical capabilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Able to multi-task and complete time-sensitive tasks promptly.
Excellent skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Previous experience with SAP.

Nice To Haves

Relevant operational experience at market/business level, in one of the following areas is beneficial: Customer Service or CFSC / Demand & Supply Planning / Transportation & Distribution.

Responsibilities

Fully compliant to all applicable inventory control processes and guidelines.
Timely completed day to day Consumption reporting provided by co-manufacturers.
Timely and accurate processing of product declarations (ASN) and warehouse tags.
Timely resolution of inventory discrepancies.
Timely IDOC resolution and EDI messaging.
Perform inventory bin cleanup and stock maintenance activities.
Support onboarding of new co-manufacturing partners.
Conduct open order reviews.
Conduct purchase order reviews.
Daily Fire Fighting.
