About The Position

The goal of the Inventory Controller is to improve and maintain inventory across multiple departments while creating and supporting a clean, safe, and efficient work environment to ensure the success of Sentry’s various Operational teams. This role involves effectively purchasing material for various departments to support their projects through cost negotiations & on-time-delivery of goods, owning and maintaining on-hand inventory amounts, and implementing 5S principles for a safe work environment.

Responsibilities

• Improve and maintain inventory across multiple departments.
• Create and support a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.
• Purchase material for various departments to support their projects through cost negotiations & on-time-delivery of goods.
• Own and maintain on-hand inventory amounts.
• Implement and create accountability for 5S (Sorting, Simplifying, Shining, Standardizing, Sustaining) in all departments relating to a safe work environment.
