About The Position

The Inventory Coordinator is responsible for organizing, tracking, and maintaining company inventory to support efficient service operations. This role plays a critical part in maintaining accurate inventory control and supporting technician productivity.

Requirements

  • Organizing, tracking, and maintaining company inventory
  • Establishing and managing inventory databases, pricing, and par levels
  • Ordering, receiving, and distributing inventory and special-order parts
  • Researching vendors for best value on pricing, quality, and delivery
  • Tracking inventory usage and ensuring proper billing to work orders
  • Conducting quarterly inventory counts and reconciling discrepancies
  • Maintaining inventory records, purchase orders, invoices, and weekly reports
  • Preparing technician supply packs and stocking satellite inventory locations
  • Coordinating with vendors, managing emergency inventory needs, and establishing new vendor accounts
  • Supporting dispatching, data entry, scheduling, and office supply management

Responsibilities
