About The Position

Sunny Sky Products prides itself on our commitment and dedication to creating, manufacturing, and delivering top-quality products in the beverage industry. We have generated an extensive product portfolio that includes frozen dispensed beverages, cold dispensed beverages, hot dispensed beverages, and beverage enhancers. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to support Shipping & Receiving, Inventory, and Logistics operations. This role will coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, manage inventory cycle counts, verify shipping documentation, inspect and stage materials, and maintain accurate records in SAP and the Transportation Management System (TMS). The ideal candidate will have strong communication and computer skills, experience with shipping and receiving operations, and the ability to safely operate a forklift and pallet jack. This position will work closely with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure materials and freight are handled accurately, safely, and efficiently. Knowledge of company products is a plus.

Requirements

  • Ability to multitask in fast-paced warehouse and office environments
  • Ability to satisfactorily pass forklift driving training or demonstrate safe handling of forklift equipment
  • Willingness and ability to perform manual work following verbal and written instructions
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage workload effectively
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to interact professionally with drivers, carriers, and internal personnel
  • Strong computer skills: experience with SAP and/or TMS systems preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in a Shipping, Receiving, or Logistics role

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
  • Knowledge of company products is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Execute and coordinate the daily activities of the shipping office
  • Prepare paperwork daily for outbound and inbound shipments
  • Greet and log drivers; confirm accurate orders are being picked up and shipped
  • Route freight into and out of the secondary warehouse
  • Create, verify, and track orders and Bills of Lading; communicate discrepancies to management
  • Daily filing/scanning of shipment-related documents
  • Manage internal appointment desk through email
  • Process and provide daily reports
  • Support inventory cycle counts and identifies items requiring replenishment
  • Coordinate all inbound and outbound freight with carriers, suppliers, and internal departments
  • Schedule, confirm, or modify appointments for inbound deliveries and outbound pickups
  • Track all shipments from pickup through final delivery, proactively resolving delays or issues
  • Ensure all shipments are accurately entered into the Transportation Management System (TMS) and statuses are updated in real time
  • Communicate shipment updates to Procurement, Production, and Warehouse teams as needed
  • Maintain accurate records of freight activities to support KPI tracking and vendor performance
  • Support continuous improvement efforts related to freight planning, efficiency, and cost-management
