The team member in this position accurately maintains daily, weekly and monthly inventory levels in the WMS while maintaining proper inventory rotation and storage. The team member will navigate through an advanced ERP System to execute daily "Inbound & Outbound" inventory operations, create purchase orders, process recycle and destruction loads, and ensure all finished goods, raw materials and sub-assembly components are maintained as per established guidelines and procedures. This role is responsible for processing non-conforming material, coordinating accurate inbound receipts, intercompany transfers, and RMA’s, and verifying true time inventory transaction records in the company’s ERP system. The position also involves completing Oracle transaction activities, performing daily audits and maintaining a comprehensive Cycle Count program, and ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and control of all in-house materials. Compiling records by SKU, quantities, Sub-Inventories, and validating EBS Oracle inventories against physical counts to investigate and adjust errors are key duties. The role requires maintaining and computing inventory balance by running reports, organizing the warehouse for efficient storage and material distribution, and identifying expired inventory disposition. Maintaining product rotation and storage disciplines (FIFO), interacting with leadership, accomplishing special projects, and ensuring compliance with safety rules, GMP’s, and Niagara policies are also essential. This role establishes and maintains high standards for quality, housekeeping, and productivity, with regular and predictable attendance being an essential function.
