About The Position

The primary purpose of this role is to support with the best possible quality in all hard parts, accessories, and chemicals. This role will provide stores with the best support information to satisfy their needs. The Inventory Control specialist will investigate, communicate, and follow up on all quality issues throughout the Distribution Center (DC).

Requirements

Extensive WMS knowledge for research and data entry.
In-depth understanding of all DC departments.
Must be able to follow detailed instructions.
Must possess basic math skills.
Ability to clearly communicate to internal and external customers based on needs.
Must be detail oriented and accurate entering data into file maintenance.
Must be able to work with others not only within the department, but all other departments.
Has a propensity for accuracy.
Has an ownership attitude and demonstrates a passion for the customer.
Team members must have been with the company six (6) months, or have been in their present position for six (6) months in order to be eligible to post for a job.
A team member must have no disciplinary counseling in the previous six months (1st or 2nd Level) and no Final written warnings within the last 12 months.
