The Inventory Control & Systems Manager is responsible for leading inventory accuracy, inventory control processes, transaction integrity, and system utilization across the organization. This role serves as the business owner for inventory-related processes within NetSuite, RF-SMART, and other operational systems while partnering closely with Production, Warehouse Operations, Purchasing, Logistics, Accounting, and Supply Chain teams. The position is accountable for reducing inventory variances, improving inventory visibility, strengthening process controls, and ensuring accurate movement of raw materials, work-in-process (WIP), packaging, supplies, and finished goods throughout the organization. This role will lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on inventory accuracy, transaction discipline, cycle counting, process standardization, and system adoption. This position creates a single point of accountability for inventory accuracy, inventory systems, and inventory process discipline across the organization. The role is intended to reduce inventory adjustments and write-offs, improve transaction accuracy, strengthen system utilization, and support operational scalability as the company continues to grow and integrate additional locations.
