About The Position

We are seeking an Inventory Control Supervisor to oversee inventory operations, lead teams, and ensure accurate stock levels in a high‑volume warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is proficient in SAP, WMS, Kronos, and Excel, with a strong focus on KPI performance, audits, and cross‑functional coordination to support Arvato’s operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a warehouse or inventory management environment.
  • Proficiency with SAP, WMS, and other warehouse management systems.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, and Windows operating systems.
  • Excellent mathematical skills for inventory analysis and management.
  • Knowledge of traffic coordination and experience managing large volumes of orders.
  • Experience with Cherry Picker/Reach Truck operation.

Nice To Haves

  • APICS Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing inventory management activities, including the coordination of shipping, receiving, and traffic management.
  • Work closely with all departments to coordinate inventory-related tasks and maintain order accuracy.
  • Monitor and evaluate employee performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular feedback.
  • Develop and maintain cycle-count and inventory-control processes to ensure accurate stock levels.
  • Document, update, and ensure adherence to inventory procedures and quality standards.
  • Maintain appropriate levels of inventory supplies and equipment for operational efficiency.
  • Update and maintain warehouse management systems (WMS), Kronos, and relevant metrics in Excel.
  • Conduct variance investigations and complete audit documentation to ensure inventory accuracy.
