About The Position

JK Findings is a global jewelry component manufacturer and wholesaler headquartered in Rochester, New York, serving customers in more than 48 countries. The Inventory Control Supervisor supports the Inventory Control Manager by keeping inventory operations accurate, timely, and coordinated. The role strengthens data integrity, supports reliable reporting, and guides staff who process and log inventory consistently. The supervisor oversees daily inventory transaction processing and logging, monitors inventory data accuracy, corrects discrepancies, and produces routine reports to support decision-making. The role involves coordinating priorities with the Inventory Control Manager, reviewing dashboards and logs, validating counts and documentation, reviewing exceptions and trends, removing workflow roadblocks, and communicating across the department. The work may include overtime periods.

Responsibilities

Supervise, coach, train, and motivate inventory control staff.
Oversee daily processing and logging of inventory transactions.
Monitor inventory data accuracy and correct discrepancies.
Produce routine inventory reports to support decision-making.
Align priorities with the Inventory Control Manager.
Review dashboards and logs to confirm transactions posted correctly.
Answer questions, validate counts, and ensure documentation is complete before updates are finalized.
Review exceptions and identify trends that could affect inventory accuracy.
Prepare concise summaries for end-of-day visibility.
Remove workflow roadblocks and communicate to keep departmental work on pace.
