Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 3 to 5 years of previous inventory experience required.
  • Proficiency with inventory management software, ERP systems (SAP experience is preferred)
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, good general office and organizational skills required.
  • Critical thinking with good computer skills including Excel and Word required.
  • Must be able to lift/push up to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, and safely operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, order picker, pallet jacks)
  • Must have a valid Arizona drivers' license and clean driving record.
  • Ability to work well with others at all levels of the organization.
  • This is a safety-sensitive position that requires candidates to successfully pass a post-offer drug screening prior to employment.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate inventory records using our SAP ERP system
  • Safely load and unload trucks and transport materials using forklifts and other appropriate material-handling equipment
  • Accurately enter inventory data and complete all related transactions in a timely manner, ensuring records are current and reflect actual inventory levels
  • Perform cycle counts in raw material warehouses, manufacturing areas, and finished goods locations, and reconcile any discrepancies in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with Finance and other departments to research and resolve inventory discrepancies, including accounts payable variances and other ad hoc issues.
  • Track returnable containers and assist in loop reconciliation when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety standard, warehouse procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform other duties, as assigned.
