About The Position

We are seeking a talented, meticulous Inventory Control Specialist to join our team. If you thrive on precision data entry, excel at inventory reconciliation, and pride yourself on top-tier communication, this role is built for you. Prior experience with Fishbowl Inventory is a major plus! Big things are happening—our brand-new headquarters is under construction in Caldwell, Idaho! Requirements

• Proven knowledge of inventory management practices, receiving procedures, storage protocols, and auditing.
• Hands-on experience with the Fishbowl Inventory system preferred (or advanced proficiency with similar ERP/inventory software).
• Exceptional data entry skills with an eagle eye for spotting record keeping errors before they become problems.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities to work effectively with diverse teams.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience with Fishbowl Inventory is a major plus!

Responsibilities

• Accurately process and enter sales orders directly into the Fishbowl Inventory system without missing a detail.
• Perform regular inventory reconciliations, audit stock levels, and investigate discrepancies to maintain ironclad record keeping.
• Partner with receiving, storage, and fulfillment teams to streamline physical-to-digital inventory workflows.
• Act as the clear, collaborative bridge between warehouse personnel, sales, and management to resolve stock questions fast.
