Requirements

Previous inventory control and warehouse experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
Experience with inventory management systems; NetSuite experience is a plus.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
Comfortable using warehouse ladders and pallet jacks.
Ability to work in a warehouse environment.

NetSuite experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of inventory control and inventory accuracy.
Develop and implement processes to optimize inventory management procedures.
Identify opportunities for improvement within warehouse and storage operations.
Conduct cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
Research, document, and resolve inventory discrepancies.
Analyze root causes of inventory issues and implement preventative measures.
Accurately process inventory transactions on a daily basis.
Collaborate with the Distribution Manager to maintain an organized and efficient inventory system.
Ensure inventory is properly stored, accessible, and accurately tracked.
Maintain detailed records and provide inventory-related reporting as needed.
