About The Position

Strive Pharmacy is a personalized compounding pharmacy focused on individualized care and genuine partnership. We are growing and seeking individuals who share our conviction for a more human approach to healthcare. The Inventory Control Specialist will be responsible for the daily operations that ensure inventory is accurate, organized, and available. This role involves hands-on tasks such as restocking, receiving deliveries, and maintaining workflow standards, requiring attention to detail, adaptability, and strong teamwork to support the Inventory Control Lead.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or related work.
• Pharmacy Technician Certification or Trainee Certification or willing to obtain within 6 months after your hire date.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Docs.
• Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or compounding pharmacy inventory.
• Forklift certification highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inventory functions including restocking, receiving, labeling, and organizing supplies.
• Assist with cycle counts, audits, and physical inventory.
• Support inventory accuracy by reporting discrepancies and following corrective actions.
• Maintain compliance with workflow policies and company standards.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure tasks are completed on time and accurately.
• Assist pharmacists, leadership, and other departments with inventory-related needs.
• Uphold clean, organized, and safe work environments at both locations.
