About The Position

BMW of Pembroke Pines is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Control Specialist to help manage vehicle inventory and ensure accurate records throughout the dealership. This role works closely with sales, accounting, and management teams to maintain inventory accuracy and support daily operations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous inventory, administrative, automotive, or dealership experience highly preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Reliable, professional, and team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate records of all new and used vehicle inventory.
  • Enter and update vehicle information in dealership systems.
  • Monitor vehicle arrivals, transfers, sales, and dispositions.
  • Audit inventory records and investigate discrepancies.
  • Process vehicle stock-ins and stock-outs in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with sales, accounting, and management teams regarding inventory status.
  • Assist with monthly inventory reconciliations and reporting.
  • Ensure all vehicle paperwork is complete and accurate.
