About The Position

We are seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stocking, and verifying part numbers. The position ensures materials and equipment are in the right place, accurately recorded in Oracle Fusion, and available to support daily operations. The Inventory Control Specialist is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records and supporting warehouse operations. This role includes performing cycle counts, stocking inventory, verifying part numbers, and ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded in company systems.

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Basic Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling part numbers and counts.
  • Basic to intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to focus on detail and maintain accuracy in repetitive tasks.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under time constraints and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Capacity to collaborate effectively with team members across multiple departments

Nice To Haves

  • 1–2 years of warehouse or inventory control experience preferred
  • Oracle or Oracle Fusion experience is a plus
  • Forklift experience/certification strongly preferred; training and certification available
  • 1–2 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse, or related operations preferred.
  • Experience with Oracle or Oracle Fusion is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Perform cycle counts and inventory audits
  • Receive and stock inbound materials
  • Verify part numbers, quantities, and locations
  • Resolve inventory discrepancies and update records
  • Maintain organized and labeled stock locations
  • Support stocking activities, including put-away of repaired equipment
  • Perform regular cycle counts and inventory audits.
  • Receive, verify, and stock inbound materials into correct locations.
  • Verify part numbers, quantities, and locations against system records.
  • Resolve inventory discrepancies and update system records as needed.
  • Record all inventory transactions accurately in Oracle Fusion and related systems.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and properly labeled inventory locations.
  • Support stocking activities across all areas, including the verification and put-away of repaired equipment.
