As we continue to expand, we are seeking a skilled and dependable Warehouse Coordinator to support our HVAC and Plumbing teams and help ensure our technicians have what they need to deliver outstanding service to our customers.

Requirements

Strong inventory management skills with high attention to detail
Experience in warehouse coordination or a similar operational role
Solid technology skills; proficiency in Excel required
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Customer-focused mindset
Valid driver’s license
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen

Nice To Haves

HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical industry experience
Experience with ServiceTitan (not required)
Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)

Responsibilities

Support daily warehouse operations with a strong focus on accuracy, organization, and efficiency.
Maintain a clean, well-organized warehouse and follow all SOPs and safety guidelines.
Assist with inventory management, including cycle counts, reconciliations, and troubleshooting discrepancies.
Process weekly truck and warehouse replenishments to ensure technicians have the materials they need.
Coordinate material purchasing, monitor vendor pricing, and help control shrinkage.
Prepare and stage materials for service and installation teams.
Update and maintain inventory records, part lists, and item master changes as needed.
Support fleet-related needs in collaboration with the Warehouse Manager.
Partner with Service and Install teams to provide exceptional internal customer service.
