Requirements

1-2 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or logistics preferred.
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Familiarity with ERP systems (P21 experience is a plus).
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

Monitor inventory levels and investigate discrepancies between physical and system inventory using Latitude and P21.
Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts and post adjustments when necessary.
Support process changes to increase inventory accuracy and efficiency.
Work closely with the warehouse, operations, purchasing, and IT to resolve system issues and maintain product flow.
Maintain accurate records in P21, including bin location changes, duplicate SKU cleanups, and item classification adjustments.
Assist with physical audits, new item setups, and location-specific inventory projects.
