About The Position

The Inventory Control Specialist is an independent, flexible, motivated, results-oriented individual committed to providing outstanding customer experiences that drive sales. This is a data-driven and highly analytical role focused on maintaining item and financial accuracy in the store network. Responsibilities include keeping stockrooms and sales floor organized, re-stocked, and tidy, completing all inventory processes, ensuring merchandise is properly checked in and accurately ticketed, and assisting the team with inventory control initiatives.

Continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift, including frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, and reaching to handle merchandise and assist customers.
Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling.
Ability to handle bulky and sometimes awkwardly shaped items, including reaching for and lifting them above the head.
Regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds.
Frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
